Scope and Onboarding
Onboarding begins with a scoped assessment: you provide transaction basics, documents and key deadlines, and we identify the priority legal risks. This step produces a concise engagement plan that specifies deliverables, a recommended scope (e.g., contract redlines, title check, negotiation memo) and an estimated timeline. The goal is to remove uncertainty so agents can decide quickly whether to proceed with the full engagement.
Once the scope is agreed, we open a case file, assign a consultant and confirm delivery milestones. Communication is kept practical and focused on actions the agent can implement immediately to keep the deal progressing.
