General Terms of Service

Eligibility to use our services

To use getbloss services you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Organizations and individuals must provide accurate information during registration and engagement. Certain services may be restricted to licensed real estate professionals or businesses operating in Thailand.

Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or purchase services through getbloss. Minors should not provide personal data or attempt to procure services on the platform.

You agree to use getbloss services lawfully and not for any fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purpose. Use of the platform must comply with applicable Thai laws and regulations governing real estate and legal practice.

Some services or features may be limited to residents or businesses operating within Thailand due to regulatory or licensing requirements. getbloss may decline to provide services in jurisdictions where doing so would violate local rules.

Account responsibilities

When you create an account with getbloss you are responsible for maintaining accurate information and for activity under your account. Individual and corporate accounts are subject to verification where required by law or company policy.

You must keep account information current and accurate. getbloss may suspend services or withhold access if information appears incomplete, inaccurate, or suspicious until verification is completed.

Protect your account credentials. Do not share your password and use secure practices. Notify getbloss immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by getbloss. Assignment of rights under these terms requires prior written consent.

getbloss may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, or legal obligations. We will provide notice and an opportunity to contest suspensions when feasible.

Scope of services

getbloss offers legal services designed for real estate professionals including contract review, drafting standard clauses, regulatory compliance checks, risk identification, dispute preparedness guidance, and education on transactional best practices. Services are delivered by qualified legal professionals or supervised legal staff. Engagements that require formal attorney representation will be governed by a signed engagement letter which sets out the scope, fees, and terms of representation.

We may add, modify, or remove services or features at any time. When changes materially affect existing paid services, we will notify affected clients and update engagement terms. Changes do not affect obligations already incurred under existing engagement agreements unless mutually agreed.

Service availability may vary by region and is subject to local regulatory requirements. Response times depend on service type, workload, and the completeness of information provided by the client.

Rules of use

By using getbloss you agree to comply with the following rules. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Provide truthful and complete information; do not impersonate others.
• Use services only for lawful, legitimate real estate business purposes.
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas of getbloss or interfere with platform operations.
• Respect intellectual property rights and do not submit infringing content.
• Do not use getbloss to facilitate unauthorized practice of law in jurisdictions where you or we are not licensed.
• Refrain from abusive, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward staff or other users.
• Comply with applicable professional and licensing obligations when using our tools and templates.

User content and conduct

You may submit documents, messages, or other materials to getbloss as part of service delivery. By submitting content you represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your submitted content except for rights you grant getbloss to perform services. getbloss does not claim ownership of client-provided materials.

By submitting content you grant getbloss a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and store the content solely to provide services, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is accurate and legally permissible. getbloss is not responsible for inaccuracies in user-provided materials and will rely on provided facts when delivering services.

If you ask us to remove content, we will evaluate requests consistent with contractual obligations and legal requirements. Removal is subject to any necessary retention for legal or regulatory compliance.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in getbloss platform, site content, logos, templates, software, and marketing materials are owned or licensed by getbloss. You may use materials provided under license only as permitted in your engagement or by explicit permission.

• Do not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of getbloss proprietary content without written permission.
• Do not remove or alter any copyright, activity, or other proprietary notices.
• Requests to license getbloss intellectual property should be submitted in writing to our contact address.

Paid services and billing

Some getbloss services are fee-based. Paid services will be described in product pages or engagement letters that specify scope, deliverables, pricing, and billing terms.

Pricing is set out in the service description or engagement agreement. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes and fees unless specified.

Payments may be accepted via approved payment methods listed at checkout or in engagement documents. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and late payment policies will be set out in the engagement agreement.

Subscription services are billed according to the subscription plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy. Users are responsible for keeping payment information current.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the specific service terms and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility will consider services delivered, time spent, and the nature of the deliverable.

Clients may cancel services per the engagement agreement. Cancellation may result in fees for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid fees will be handled as specified in the engagement terms.

Clients are responsible for all taxes associated with services, excluding taxes based on getbloss's revenue. Where required, getbloss will charge applicable taxes and will provide tax invoices upon request.

getbloss reserves the right to change pricing. Price changes will not affect fees already agreed in signed engagement agreements for work already contracted.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, collection actions, and recovery of costs. getbloss reserves rights permitted by law to recover unpaid fees.

Professional disclaimer

Information provided on getbloss.pro or during preliminary consultations is for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. Formal legal services require a signed engagement agreement. Advice provided is based on information supplied by the client and relevant laws at the time; results will vary depending on circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, getbloss's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform or services is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. getbloss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

Third-party providers

getbloss may work with third-party providers to deliver certain services (for example, document handling or payment processing). Third-party providers have their own terms and privacy practices. getbloss is not responsible for third-party actions beyond our contractual controls.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the engagement agreement. getbloss may suspend or terminate access to free or paid services for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons.

Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees earned for services performed and any outstanding charges. getbloss may retain records as required by law and will provide copies of client materials as appropriate under the engagement terms.

Privacy and data protection

Your use of getbloss is subject to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on getbloss.pro.

Communications and notices

Notices required by these Terms should be sent by email where specified or by postal mail to getbloss at Thanon Pracha Rat, Talat Khwan Sub District, Amphoe Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi Province 11000, Thailand. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on getbloss.pro with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts for resolution of disputes, except as otherwise agreed in a specific engagement agreement.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved under the governing law and in the courts of Thailand unless an alternative dispute resolution process is specified in a signed engagement agreement.
